Li-chia Yiu, Ed.D., M.S., BsAa

Partner, has been engaged in the field of organisation behaviour and organisational studies for many years. As a consultant, Li-chia Yiu has specialised on institution development and team building projects for various United Nations' agencies and multinational companies.

Dr. Yiu's management consulting work has taken her to many countries in Asia, Europe, North America and Africa. She has published numerous articles in international journals and conducts consulting assignments in English and Chinese. In addition to consulting, Dr. Yiu has been a post-doctoral fellow at Co­lumbia University New York; and previously taught at Chinese Culture University, Taipei; and Basle University, Switzerland.
 

 

 

 

 

Raymond Saner, Ph.D., M.Ed., B.A

Partner, has consulted multinational companies, government agencies and international organisations on improving organ isational effectiveness for many years. In addition, as an expert on negotiations and multi-cultural manage­ment, Dr. Saner has worked closely with companies on issues pertaining to the internationalisation of companies' organisational cultures.


Dr. Saner worked as a manager in several international organisations before starting his career in management consultancy. He has published articles in many professional journals in North America, Europe and Asia and consults in English, German and French. In addition to consulting, Dr. Saner previously taught at New York University; Cheng-Chi University, Taipei; University of Geneva and Basle University, Switzerland.
